School Days

Lila got to meet the ladies Mommy works with today. They all just loved Lila!

Long Day

Lila enjoyed a change of scenery after accompanying Mommy to the doctor, but she was happy to be home.

Curious

Lila loves to investigate; she's constantly looking around for something new. She is definitely interested in bright colors and lights. She loved her new bright red outfit.

Daddy and Baby

Lila loves her Daddy sooooo much! He loves holding her (especially when she's sleeping).

Gran and Poppie

Grandma Davis

Happy 1st Mother's Day

Lila made her mommy's first Mother's Day the best ever, and Daddy helped a little too.

Smiles

Lila has been smiling in her sleep from the beginning, due to gas or funny dreams...we're really not sure. She's just now really starting to try to smile in response to us. She's trying really hard in this picture...but she's not quite there yet.



Lila takes a look at her Daddy, and he reacts with a big smile. He's a sucker for his baby girl.

Swinger

We finally decided to try out Lila's swing. Up until now she's just been too little for it, but she now seems to enjoy it, even if she still doesn't quite fit. It was a gift from Cousin Holly.

New Clothes

Lila is finally fitting into some of her 0-3 months clothes. This little outfit was the very first gift Mommy received for Lila way back in 2005, just after we found out she was a girl. It was a gift from Gran (aka Nina).

1st Trip

Mommy and Daddy still aren't ready to take Lila far from home but decided she needed some fresh air. We took a short trip to Riverpark for a little stroll through a low traffic area.

This short trip wore her out, but that didn't stop Daddy from getting a shot with a very asleep Lila.

Another Gain

Lila had another visit with Dr. Carroll on May 4. She's up to 7 lbs. 8 oz.; that's up 8 oz. in six days!



We had our first family shot since leaving the hospital. Lila did a great job posing for the camera :).


Gran got her first shot with Lila too, though Lila was too tired to stay awake for it.

Tummy Time

Lila spends time on her tummy every day so she can build her neck muscles. In this picture, she's trying her best to get a look at a very colorful toy.
